Oh my goodness, its now just about 2 months to our wedding and the countdown is on. To make things feel even more real, I have my first dress fitting on Saturday! I’m so excited to put on my wedding dress for the first time! So the race is on to drop those extra 10 lbs I want to lose. Its serious crunch time because I don’t want to crash diet. I’ve been hitting the gym for early morning cardio. One of my new additions to my training has been some HIIT training on the treadmill. I hate running but it really gets my heart going and gets me sweating and working so I do intervals for quarter miles. I have also been doing the dreaded stepmill. I feel so proud of myself after I complete workouts on machines I HATE. Its actually torture for me sometimes to walk those steps but after I’m done it feels great I conquered the dreaded beast!
I have been taking dance lessons for the wedding and its so much fun! We go about once a week and I can’t stop laughing and smiling the entire time. Dancing can be such a high and so much fun when you know what your doing. I’m still a beginner but I can be lead very easily so its such a blast. My favorite dance is hustle. I’m constantly counting out loud… And one…. and One…
Well its time for my morning cardio… since I don’t have a trainer or anyone to report my progress to I will report here. My starting weight today is 140.5 lbs. My goal is 130. I know I have been at this stupid weight for over a year but now is the time to really step it up and get to my goal. I’m actually pretty great under pressure. Ok… 2 month countdown, here we go!!
